Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, Monday – Friday, excluding VIC public holidays. During periods of high-volume orders, processing and shipping times may be delayed.

Australia

  • STANDARD SHIPPING - $10 (Australia Post Parcel, 7 – 14 business days after dispatch from warehouse).

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING - $15 (Australia Post Express, 1 – 3 business days after dispatch from warehouse).

  • FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER OF $200 (Australia Post Express, 1 – 3 business days after
    dispatch from warehouse).

  • Shipping to WA and other remote areas can be up 7 business days, with Australia Post Express.

International

  • INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DHL - $50 AUD (3 – 5 business days after dispatch from warehouse), additional
    duties, taxes and VAT are payable by the customer only.

  • As our brand expands, we will explore more affordable international shipping options.

Please note

  • Shipping timeframes do not include processing and dispatch times. Dispatch times are generally 1 – 3
    business days but we aim to have all orders shipped out on the same day, if placed before 12 PM (AEST).

  • We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24
    hours to update).

  • We are not responsible for the service provided by the shipping company, including any delays or damage
    to your package.

  • We are unable to modify any orders that have already been processed.

  • If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $20 will be required to re-ship (Australia only).

  • All international customers must cover any return shipping costs.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your SLEEP WITH ME order but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase,
you have 30 days to contact us and we will happily provide you with an EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT or
REFUND on ELIGIBLE ITEMS (excluding shipping & processing fees).

Please carefully read the ‘returns eligibility’ section below before you proceed and note that we do not
offer free returns – you must pay for return shipping.

RETURNS INFORMATION

If you would like to return any items via post to our warehouse, please email
contact@sleepwithme.com.au and we will gladly assist you with this. Please include your name, order number, return request and any other important information for quick processing.


We aim to respond to all emails in 24 – 48 hours and to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. Please note, this timeframe may vary slightly during busy periods, weekends or public holidays.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number when sending a return to us.

RETURNS ELEGIBILITY

  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and
    must be in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any UNDERWEAR, G-STRINGS, BODYSUITS AND
    FACE MASKS.

  • We do not accept returns of any items that have been worn, used, damaged, soiled or that contain
    any traces of make-up, fake tan, pet hair, perfume or any other factor that would deem the item to
    not be in it’s original condition.

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, this includes items purchased with a discount code or
    any type of promotion.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Returns must include the original invoice provided to allow us to identify your order.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for any refunds to be processed.

SLEEP WITH ME reserves the right to deny a return, exchange or refund if the item/s do not respect our
returns eligibility criteria. In this case, items will be returned to sender, and you will be notified of this
outcome via email.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • We do not offer international exchanges.

  • All international customers must cover their return shipping costs.

  • Any duties, taxes and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
