Shipping policy

We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, Monday – Friday, excluding VIC public holidays. During periods of high-volume orders, processing and shipping times may be delayed.

Australia

  • STANDARD SHIPPING - $10 (Australia Post Standard, 2 – 5 business days after dispatch from warehouse).

  • EXPRESS SHIPPING - $15 (Australia Post Express, 1 – 5 business days after dispatch from warehouse).

  • Shipping to WA and other remote areas can take up to 7 business days, with Australia Post Express.

International

  • DHL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS - $50 AUD (3 – 5 business days after dispatch from warehouse), additional duties, taxes and VAT are payable by the customer only.

  • As our brand expands, we will explore more affordable international shipping options.

  • If you’re uncertain whether we ship to your country, please email us for confirmation at contact@sleepwithme.com.au.

Please note

  • Shipping timeframes do not include processing and dispatch times. Dispatch times are generally 1 – 3 business days but we aim to have all orders shipped out on the same day, if placed before 12 PM (AEDT).

  • We will provide you with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped (this can take up to 24 hours to update).

  • We are not responsible for the service provided by the shipping company, including any delays or damage to your package.

  • We are unable to modify any orders that have already been processed.

  • If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $20 will be required to re-ship (Australia only).

  • All international customers must cover any return shipping costs.
